Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the jeebuj platform. This document clearly defines your rights and responsibilities.

1. General Introduction

2. Account Registration and Management

2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. Prior permission from us is required to operate multiple accounts from the same household.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. Any transaction or gameplay carried out through your account will be considered to have been done by you personally. Sharing your password or login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Restrictions
jeebuj is for persons aged 21 and over only. This age limit is strictly enforced.
During the registration process or at any time thereafter, jeebuj may request a government-issued ID card, passport, or other valid document to verify your age. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
If it is established that a minor has created an account, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will not be returned.
Warning: This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that their children cannot access platforms of this nature.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions
jeebuj supports the popular payment methods used in Bangladesh and ensures fast, secure transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jeebuj currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other selected banks).
4.2 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each payment method)
- The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method and account level
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
- Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals will be approved only after identity verification is complete
4.4 Transaction Verification
jeebuj may request additional documents or information for any suspicious transaction. Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) policy is a legal obligation for us.
Withdrawal requests on jeebuj are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if verification is needed.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jeebuj offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers have their own terms which must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200); depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus (total balance ৳22,000).
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This means that if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳12,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal.
The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. If the requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting
- Only one welcome bonus is available per account
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met before the deposited amount can be withdrawn
- jeebuj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus without giving any reason if a breach of the rules is suspected
- Separate terms apply to cashback bonuses under the VIP program
5.4 VIP Program
jeebuj's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.7%), Platinum (1.0%), and Diamond (1.2%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistency of play and participation.
6. Gameplay and Fair Play Policy
jeebuj is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment for all players.
6.1 Game Fairness
All games available on our platform are supplied by trusted and recognised game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others). These games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased results.
6.2 Technical Issues

- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Depositing funds through any illegal or fraudulent means

- Attempting to access another user's account

- Creating an account using a false identity
- Using another person's payment details
- Violating affiliate or promotional rules
If jeebuj detects suspicious activity, it may immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities for investigation.

9. Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any balance free of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned before the account is closed.
9.2 Closure at jeebuj's Initiative
jeebuj may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Suspicion of money laundering
- Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
- A court order or directive from a regulatory authority
9.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive — with no login or transaction — for more than 12 (twelve) months, jeebuj may deduct an inactivity fee or close the account.
10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
jeebuj provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for the following:
- Games being interrupted due to an internet disconnection or an issue with your device
- Game services being temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected technical error
- Losses resulting from your account login details falling into someone else's hands
- Disruption to the services of a third-party payment provider
- The financial consequences of your gambling decisions
jeebuj's maximum liability will not exceed the actual balance in your account under any circumstances.
You agree to indemnify jeebuj and its officers from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of jeebuj.
